Refund and Cancellation Policy
At FashionMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and cancellations will be processed.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before the item is dispatched, whichever comes first.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team via email or phone.
1.2 After Dispatch:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may still return the product once delivered (see Return Policy below).
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Tags and labels must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
Innerwear and lingerie
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
Custom-stitched or altered garments
Gift cards or vouchers
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:
Approve or reject your refund based on return condition.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit.
Refunds may be delayed or declined if:
The product shows signs of use.
Original packaging or accessories are missing.
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size or color issues if the item is in stock.
The replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original item.
5. Shipping Charges
Return shipping is free in cases of damaged or wrong product delivery.
In all other cases (like size exchange or change of mind), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
